Terms of use

Last updated 4 November 2026

Photo Sheet is free to use. Using it means you agree to these terms, so please read them.

The service

Photo Sheet (photosheet.alexeveritt.uk) is run by Alex Everitt. It lets you crop photos to print sizes and lay them out on paper for printing at home or in a shop. It runs in your browser, and your photos stay on your device (see the privacy policy).

Your photos

Print accuracy

Photo Sheet lays out photos at exact sizes. The final print, though, depends on your printer, its settings, the paper and the ink. Always print at 100% or actual size, and check the 50 mm ruler before printing many copies. We can’t be responsible for wasted paper or ink.

Passport and ID photos

The passport and ID sizes are a convenience. Official photos also have rules about background, lighting, expression and head size, and these change from time to time. Check the current rules of the organisation you are applying to. We can’t guarantee a photo will be accepted.

Your saved work

Your work is saved only in your browser. It can be lost if you clear your browser data, use a private window, or your browser runs low on space. Keep your original photos somewhere safe.

No warranty

Photo Sheet is provided free, as it is, without any warranty. We may change, pause or stop it at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
