Privacy
The short version: your photos never leave your device. Photo Sheet has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and it sets no cookies.
Who runs Photo Sheet
Photo Sheet (photosheet.alexeveritt.uk) is a personal project run by Alex Everitt. You can get in touch through alexeveritt.uk.
Your photos
Photos you add are opened, cropped and laid out by code running in your own browser. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We cannot see them.
What is stored on your device
So you don’t lose your work when you refresh or come back later, Photo Sheet saves the following in your browser’s local storage (IndexedDB and localStorage) for this site only:
- Copies of the photos you add, with small thumbnails
- The print-ready crops you create, and their sizes and positions
- Your sheet settings, such as paper size, margins and crop marks
- Small preferences: which step you were last on, and that you’ve seen the storage notice
This storage is needed for the app to work, it isn’t used to track you, and it stays on your device. Nothing is sent to us.
Removing it
Open the menu (top right of the app) and choose Clear session data. This deletes everything listed above straight away. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings. Using a private or incognito window means it is deleted when you close the window.
Cookies
Photo Sheet sets no cookies. There is no analytics, advertising or social media tracking, and the site loads nothing from third parties: no fonts, scripts or images from other sites.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks. If it needs to check that a visitor is human, Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie. We don’t use this information to identify you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including access and deletion. Because Photo Sheet does not collect or store personal data on its servers, everything it holds about you is on your own device and under your control. If you have a question, please get in touch using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too. If the change affects what is stored on your device, the app will show you its storage notice again.
